This article examines the professional mobility of managers in the digital economy as a pressing academic and pedagogical issue in the training of modern managerial personnel. It analyses the impact of digitalisation, particularly artificial intelligence technologies, on the transformation of managerial activities, which is leading to changes in the requirements for managers’ professional competencies. The growing importance of digital literacy, analytical and critical thinking, the ability to make data-driven decisions, as well as a readiness for continuous learning and professional adaptation, is substantiated. The specific features of the impact of hybrid forms of work organisation on manager training are identified, in particular the need to develop skills in remote communication, managing distributed teams, self-organisation and emotional intelligence. Key directions for modernising the educational process have been identified: the integration of digital technologies into learning, the introduction of blended learning formats, the use of practice-oriented methods (case studies, simulations, project-based learning), as well as the development of interdisciplinary competencies. A synthesis of contemporary scientific approaches to understanding professional mobility and its role in ensuring the competitiveness of managers in the labour market has been carried out. The need to reorient the management training system towards the development of flexible, adaptive and digital competencies, taking into account the challenges of the digital economy, has been substantiated.
