Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of methodological foundations of professional training of healthcare specialists for work in crisis situations. The relevance of the problem is due to the increasing frequency and scale of global and local crises: pandemics, military actions, man-made and natural disasters, which require medical workers to have a high level of preparedness, adaptability and professional resilience. The paper substantiates the importance of integrating different methodological approaches in the training of future doctors. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the content and role of axiological, competence-based, systemic, person-oriented, activity-based and synergistic approaches, which together ensure the formation of a comprehensive model of professional training for medical personnel. It is shown that the implementation of these approaches contributes to the development of key competencies: clinical thinking, communication skills, reflexivity, stress resistance, and the ability to make effective decisions in crisis situations. It is substantiated that the systematic implementation of methodologically sound educational strategies not only ensures the quality of professional education, but also shapes a humanistic worldview, ethical responsibility and the readiness of medical professionals to act in extreme circumstances. Areas for further research are proposed, related to the development of a model for implementing integrated approaches in medical education and the creation of tools for assessing the level of preparedness of specialists for crisis response.
