Abstract

The article investigates the basics of creating an ontology-driven system for analyzing reporting documentation as a tool for effective security monitoring in educational institutions of Ukraine. Taking into account the regulatory requirements of Ukraine, a conceptual model of an ontology that formalizes the key concepts and requirements for security is developed. Using the example of the reporting documentation of the regional branches of the Junior Academy of Sciences, the architecture of an ontology-driven system is presented, which automates data analysis and processing, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring. The prospects of implementing such systems in the practice of Ukrainian educational institutions in order to improve security management and increase the level of protection of participants in the educational process are separately assessed.
