Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the current state of professional education, the level of which determines the competence and competitiveness of young specialists in the labor market. The scientific and technological revolution led to the formation and development of human society, the driving force of which is knowledge - the noosphere. An "integral intelligence" is being created on the globe. "Integral intelligence" is the development of the idea of the noosphere. In practice, humanity has already created a complex system of various knowledge, which, with the help of artificial intelligence, integrates previous and generates new knowledge.
Currently, modern digital technologies are radically changing the entire education system, which is becoming more qualitative and competitive, and contribute to the rapid development of scientific and technological progress. It is well known that education is the process and result of a person's assimilation of a system of scientific knowledge, skills and abilities and the formation of a certain level of his creative and intellectual-cognitive activity, as well as moral and aesthetic culture, which in complex determine his social characteristics and creative abilities. During the educational process, the analysis and transfer of knowledge of previous generations and the synthesis of new knowledge by our contemporaries take place.
Modern digital technologies have simplified access to new knowledge for all members of society as much as possible. Therefore, the task of education is to form in them both at the beginning and to develop throughout life general cultural and professional competencies in the application of digital technologies in all spheres of human activity through the use of these technologies in the educational process. Therefore, considerable interest is aroused by the analysis of philosophical ideas about the role of scientific and technological progress, technologies, machines and mechanisms in human life during the further development of mankind. After all, technocracy, as a social phenomenon, began to have a negative impact on the humanistic trends in the development of education in the context of society's transition to the information stage of development.
Therefore, an extremely important achievement of humanity has now become the awareness and recognition of generally accepted humanistic ideals, their achievement on the basis of social consent, social partnership and ensuring the conditions for sustainable development. Taking into account this concept, an analysis of the features of modern civilization, determined by the development of scientific and technological progress, was carried out.
