Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the value system in ensuring mutual understanding between higher education institutions and their stakeholders. In the current context of the transformation of the educational environment, globalisation and digitalisation, higher education institutions face increasing demands on the quality of education, transparency of management and social responsibility. In order to achieve these goals, it is important to form a common value base that helps to harmonise the interests of all stakeholders: students, teachers, employers, government agencies and the public. The article analyses the main aspects of the value-based approach, including its importance for effective communication, overcoming cultural and social barriers, and creating a favourable environment for the development of partnerships. Particular attention is paid to the ethical aspect, as transparency, honesty and mutual respect are fundamental principles that form a positive image of a higher education institution and ensure its competitiveness in the educational market.

The article also considers the challenges that arise in interaction with stakeholders, in particular, the diversity of interests and priorities of participants in the educational process. Ways to overcome these difficulties by adapting management approaches based on a common system of values are proposed.

Further research will be aimed at a detailed empirical study of the mechanisms of influence of the value system on the interaction of higher education institutions with stakeholders, with a special emphasis on the role of leadership in the formation and promotion of these values.
