The war has led to a number of problems in the lives of every citizen of our country, as well as problems in science, education and society. Today, the foundation on which the future of the state is being built is being destroyed by shelling and arson attacks, bombing of educational institutions, and the killing of teachers and children. Because of the war, innovation and growth have stopped in Ukraine, and children have lost their childhood and the right to quality education. Teachers have lost the opportunity to teach and learn with dignity and safety. The consequence is a forced brain drain due to migration, including a decline in academic experience due to the departure and loss of educators, managers and scientists, disruption of the educational cycle, and a significant reduction in socio-economic investment, research, invention and innovation. The psychological problems caused by the war also play an important role, having a significant impact on the health and lives of citizens (mental and psychological disorders, depression, unwillingness to learn, suicide risks, emotional instability, etc.) International organisations are helping to address these negative consequences by offering to pay attention to continuity in education and business development in Ukraine. However, the business sector in Ukraine during martial law requires a significant amount of information and training on how to operate in such conditions, and there is a need to attract foreign investors, learn from the experience of partners, and receive assistance from philanthropists and investors.
The plan for the country's recovery must be universally understood by every citizen. To succeed in rebuilding the education sector after the negative impact of war, political leaders must demonstrate a high level of responsibility and the ability to work together constructively. This includes the need to ensure stability and security in the country, focusing on restoring and improving the education system as a priority; encouraging the creation and improvement of conditions for the unhindered development of the intellectual and cultural sphere, which will lead to the strengthening of democracy and the building of civil society in the future. Supporting important initiatives in the field of education is a key factor in the country's recovery and further development.
