Actuality is related to the necessity of forming for modern managers in establishments of higher education, in particular at preparation of future managers of culture of professional health. In fact, a health plays an extraordinarily large role effective realization of the professional activity, and celebrity is the important condition of forming of professionalism and professional competence of manager. Therefore, forming of professional culture of health of managers must become the important task of pedagogics in establishments of higher education, as important pre-condition them professional activity and competence. By main tasks here actualization of necessity of managers must become in maintenance of the health and life on the whole; to form the sufficient level of knowledge of managers to the own health, risk factors, in particular professional.
The aim of the article is research of components of forming of health of future managers in establishments of higher education as terms of development of professionalism and their professional competence. Shown actuality of problem of maintenance of life and health of managers in the process of professional activity, in particular in direction of realization of principles of healthy way of life. It is found out, that maintenance of health and life of students (listeners, students and other) are one of priority principles of public educational policy, that will be realized through the mechanism of forming of culture of healthy way of life. Analyses basic aspects that form actuality of research of problem of forming of culture of health of managers in establishments of higher education and distinguished her educational component.
Distinguished basic risk of professional activity, that influence on a health graduating students of establishments of higher education, that obtained specialty − management, factors. It is set that in the near future the most important abilities at the market of labour in Ukraine will be is a complex system decision of problems, critical thinking, creativity, that require from professionals, in particular managers of knowledge from strengthening of all constituents of health. Offer model of forming of culture of professional health in the system of continuous formation of Ukraine, that consists of three staples: educational, emotional, element of behavior. It offers in establishments of higher education actively to form for managers a value in relation to an own health as factor of providing of further effective professional activity and forming of professional competence.
